The Event (Rain or Shine!)
Alachua County Emerging Leaders (ACEL) hosted their 3nd Annual kickball tournament for charity. The event was held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at the Alachua County Fairgrounds.
It was a huge success last Saturday. ACEL was able to donate $3500 to charity. Here are the teams that were able to donate money and the winning beneficiaries:
- 1st Place - Jaycees - (Tyler's Hope) - $2000
- 2nd Place - Tower Hill - (Sebastian Ferrero Foundation) - $750
- 3rd Place - Rebuilding Together (Rebuilding Together) - $500
- 4th Place - Orthopedic Institute - (ACORN Clinic) - $250
