End of an Era
Over the years, tens of teams have come together on the kickball diamond in camaraderie, competition, and charity. Together, we’ve raised thousands of dollars for Alachua County philanthropies through financial sponsorships. We’ve forged new friendships and community around games. And we’ve built a legacy fit to pass on to a new generation. That’s why ACEL will no longer be continuing its annual Charity Kickball Tournament in 2015. As we shift our focus as an organization to broader community issues, we know we leave behind a community willing to invest in its community, no longer in need of our facilitation. We’re thrilled for what we’ve built together, and you can see who helped lead it below. We can’t wait to what you all do next.
That said, while we won’t be continuing kickball, you can still channel your competitive ambitions and community aspirations with ACEL through some of the opportunities below. Or, if you want to keep your kickball career going, we’ve got the place below. Any questions? Just let us know with a quick email!
